Aubrey Weaver, MPA
Enrollment Management and Recruitment Consultant
Aubrey is a seasoned enrollment management professional with more than a decade of experience in admissions, recruitment strategy, and communications across both public and private higher education institutions.
Aubrey has served as Director of Admissions at Marymount University, where she developed and implemented a first-year recruitment strategy that produced a record number of applications and admits, a 20 percent increase in enrollment deposits, and the third largest freshman class in university history. Her leadership encompassed the full admissions funnel, from email, SMS, and print communication strategy to on-campus visit programming, merit scholarship awarding, and CRM-driven outreach via Technolutions Slate.
Also integral to her career, Aubrey served as Assistant Director of Undergraduate Advising at the University of Washington's Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering, leading a team of nine advising staff supporting more than 2,200 undergraduate students. In this role, she developed quarterly communication plans for key audiences, led the Retention Committee, and coordinated advising and orientation programming for more than 600 incoming students annually.
Earlier in her career, Aubrey held progressive roles at the University of Washington's Office of Admissions and Oklahoma State University, where she led teams, restructured recruitment territories across 43 states, and helped recruit some of the largest freshman classes in each institution's history.
Aubrey holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from the University of Alabama, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Broadcasting from Oklahoma State University.
