Rob Mirabile approaches enrollment management with the training of a social psychologist and the curiosity of a data scientist. As a Principal at BPS, he draws on 25 years of experience to help institutional leaders understand what's driving enrollment performance and translate that understanding into stronger enrollment, financial aid, and revenue strategies.

Before BPS, Rob held senior enrollment leadership roles at Drexel University, Beloit College, and Assumption University and conducted market research for public and private institutions at Maguire Associates. As Vice President for Enrollment at Beloit, he led the development of a multi-year strategic enrollment management plan shaped by faculty, staff, students, alumni, and board members and helped lead the team responsible for enrolling the college's largest first-year class since 1975. At Drexel, he founded one of the first university-based teams dedicated to using analytics and evidence-based decision-making to optimize enrollment strategy.

That combination of institutional leadership and analytical rigor continues to shape Rob's work today. His expertise includes enrollment strategy, financial aid awarding optimization, enrollment analytics, prospective-student market research, and enrollment team development. He is also an active industry presenter, with recent sessions at AACRAO's Strategic Enrollment Management Conference and NERCOMP addressing enrollment forecasting, financial aid strategy, and effective data use in higher education administration.

Rob earned a B.A. in Psychology from Bates College and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Princeton University. He also holds a Certificate in Enrollment Management Leadership from the University of Southern California.

Outside of work, Rob is a long-distance runner, a reader of decidedly non-digital books, and the proud pet parent of two basset hounds. He does this work because he believes in the transformative power of higher education for students who want to learn.
