Vicki Gack knows that financial aid operations can be both highly technical and deeply consequential. As a Financial Aid Consultant at BPS, she helps institutions examine how their processes and systems actually work, identify opportunities for improvement, and make better use of the technology they already have.
With 26 years of higher education experience, Vicki has developed a comprehensive view of financial aid operations through roles ranging from her early work at Ripon College to director-level leadership at Beloit College and Marian University. Her expertise brings together financial aid processes, policy and compliance, with particular experience in Banner, Peoplesoft, PowerFAIDS, and Anthology. She is especially skilled at process analysis and documentation and at identifying underused system capabilities that can create greater efficiency and value for an institution.
Throughout her career, Vicki has tackled projects ranging from developing and implementing Satisfactory Academic Progress policy to leading system implementation work. She also brings significant experience in team leadership and conflict resolution, with an approach focused on moving teams through challenging dynamics toward stronger alignment and collaboration.
Vicki earned a B.A. in Business Operations from Marian College and holds NASFAA credentials in Administrative Capability, Cost of Attendance, Professional Judgment and Verification.. She has been involved with NASFAA and NACUBO and has contributed to state financial aid conference planning and professional training.
