Best Practice Solutions Welcomes Dr. Boyd Bradshaw as Principal
Best Practice Solutions is pleased to announce that Dr. Boyd Bradshaw has joined the firm as a Principal.
Boyd brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in strategic enrollment management, admissions, financial aid, enrollment marketing, organizational development, and student success. Most recently, he served as Vice President for Enrollment Management at Towson University, where he led the university's enrollment strategy and provided executive leadership across admissions, advising, financial aid, retention, and registrar operations.
Prior to joining BPS full time, Boyd served as a senior consultant with the firm, partnering with colleges and universities on strategic enrollment initiatives and organizational planning. His transition into the Principal role reflects both the strength of that partnership and the continued growth of the firm's practitioner-led consulting team.

Boyd is also a nationally recognized voice in strategic enrollment management. He authored the chapter “Strategy Identification and Development” in Strategic Enrollment Planning: A Dynamic Collaboration and has contributed to the profession through speaking and national leadership. He recently served on The College Board Enrollment Leaders Group, co-chaired the American Talent Initiative Advisory Council, and serves on the Board of Directors for Building Steps, an organization that works with high achieving students in low resourced Baltimore City Public High Schools in providing guidance long term support to graduate college and launch successful careers
As a Principal, Boyd will partner with colleges and universities on strategic enrollment management, organizational alignment, executive consulting, and institutional transformation while helping strengthen Best Practice Solutions' consulting practice and supporting the firm's continued growth.
